Track & Trace
The award-winning freight visibility portal, MyNexus is dedicated to the needs of all our customers. It combines international and domestic consignment data entry with a completely transparent track-and-trace dashboard.

MyNexus combines data from a number of the Nexus modules to give customers access to the latest information on any shipment that has been placed through the Pall-Ex network. Additional consignment import functionality also gives customers the ability to integrate via a CSV file, which removes process duplication and improves operational efficiency.

MyNexus empowers Synergix to provide award-winning track and trace services, easy consignment entry, live dashboards, GPS tracking, and live proof of delivery (POD).

International Pallet Deliveries

Synergix and Pall-Ex offer a comprehensive range of International services to support our customers’ overseas requirements.

The established Pall-Ex Connect service operates in over 30 different countries and our customer service team can find the best overseas solution for you.

Our service includes standard pallet sizes and weights for the whole of Europe, as well as integrated pan-European IT solutions and online proof of delivery.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland

The Republic of Ireland is still in the European Union. Therefore, all pallets bound for delivery within the Republic of Ireland will require additional paperwork and support to be delivered.

Irish Freight will be subject to the same import and export rules, and customs clearance surcharges, as International freight.

Pall-Ex’s 'MyNexus' system makes it easy to book an International consignment. Simply complete all relevant fields and our Customs Broker will review your information before accepting your freight and marking it as ‘customs cleared’.
